Hi there!

My name is Nana Ilieva, and I’m proud to be part of the amazing LifeUpMentors team as a mentor, personal and business life coach, and trainer.

With over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, my background is deeply rooted in supply chain management, leading multinational teams, and driving complex cross-functional projects. One of the most rewarding parts of my career has been mentoring and coaching these teams—helping individuals grow, understanding what motivates them, and guiding them toward high performance.

I’m an active participant in my company’s global mentoring programs, sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues around the world. I was also honored to be featured as one of the first 25 professionals included in the Bulgarian Logistics Almanac.

My journey into life and business coaching started with a personal commitment to growth. Through all of life’s ups and downs, I realized I wanted to understand more, do better, and help others do the same. That calling led me to coaching, and I’ve never looked back.

With an MBA from OEAEP in Prague and the trust of clients who’ve experienced real transformation, I now combine my corporate expertise with deep personal development work. I also volunteer with students who are at a crossroads in life—helping them explore their identity, strengths, and direction after school.

In addition, I’ve gathered all my experience in time and priority management into my book:
“I Have Time”—created for people who want more than just deadlines. It’s for those who feel a quiet desire to enjoy life more, to live intentionally, and to feel truly fulfilled.
